Getting started
From sign-up to your first export, in five steps. Allow ten minutes the first time, then three minutes per match.

Create your account
Pick your sport, enter your club's name, then continue with Google or an email address. Your club is ready when you arrive, colours included.

Bring in your fixtures
In Calendar, tap “Connect my calendar” and paste the iCal subscription link from your club app (SportEasy, Google Calendar…). Fixtures arrive and stay up to date on their own. No online calendar? Add your next match with the “+”.

Paste your team sheet
Open the match and paste the line-up the way you received it: a message, a spreadsheet or a screenshot. Timline recognises your players, adds the missing ones and places the numbers.

Pick a template
For each match, Timline suggests templates already filled with your data: announcement, line-up, result. Tap the one you like: it opens in quick edit so you can change a text, a photo or a player.

Export post, story and banner
“Export” produces all three formats at once, in high definition. On iPhone, the visuals go straight to Photos or the share sheet.
