Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to get started?+

No. Your account is created without a card, with a free month of Season Pass. After that, you stay on Free until you choose a paid plan.

How does the free month work?+

When you sign up, your account gets the full Season Pass for 30 days, without a card. A reminder comes 7 days and then 1 day before the end. Then the account goes back to the Free plan on its own: nothing is charged and nothing is deleted, your visuals stay. For the following month, you can still create as much as the Free plan allows, on top of what you already have. One free month per email address.

How does changing plans work?+

Upgrading is immediate: the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I add all my teams?+

Yes, on every plan. Players, teams, opponents and fixtures have no limits: a calendar import comes in whole. What changes between plans is how many clubs you follow (1 on Free, 3 with the Season Pass, 10 on Pro), Free exports (15 a month, watermarked) and videos.

How does the Season Pass work?+

You choose: now (the season starts on the day you pay) or next season (August, September or October, nothing is charged before it starts). For 8 months you create and export your visuals. The next 4 months are read-only: you can view and re-export your visuals, but not create new ones. You're told 14 days before, and you can move the start once per season from your settings.

Can my club pay for the subscription?+

Yes. While your account is on Free, create a payment link from your settings or the pricing page on the web and send it to the treasurer or a club sponsor. They pay directly, without needing a Timline account.

Will I get an invoice for the club?+

Yes. Payments go through Stripe, which issues an invoice for every billing period. You can add the club's name and VAT number, and find all your invoices under “Manage my subscription”.

What happens to my visuals if I cancel?+

After cancelling, your account goes back to Free for 30 days and your data stays intact, so you can still re-export your visuals. Without a new subscription, it is permanently deleted after 37 days.

Do prices include VAT?+

VAT does not apply (art. 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay.
