Delete your Timline account

1. Log in to Timline, in the app or on timline.fr.

2. Open Account, then Settings, then Delete account.

3. Enter your password and request the link. If you log in with Google or Apple, first set a password in Settings, or email us (see below).

4. Open the link you receive by email, logged in to the same account, and confirm by holding the button. The account is deleted straight away.

Email support@timline.fr from your account address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request comes from you, then delete the account within 30 days.

Your account and profile, and every club you own with its content: players, teams, matches, visuals, photos, logos and partners.

Your connections to AI assistants and social networks. If you have a subscription, it is cancelled.

A club you are only a member of stays available to its other members. Remember to get your data first: Settings, Club data.

Invoices: 10 years, as required by French law.

If you had the free trial month, a fingerprint of your email address (a hash, not the address itself): 3 years, to keep that trial to one sign-up.

Encrypted database backups: your data leaves them as they rotate, within 1 year at most. They are only used to restore the service after an incident.

Technical and security logs: for a period limited to their purpose.

Timline does not remove visuals already published on your social accounts or saved on your devices: that is up to you.
